Writer, director, ideator, and big-picture thinker, I’ve been lucky enough to spend my career building national and global brands that connect with the everyday good in people—from vacuuming crushed up goldfish in the back of a minivan to messes made living the moments that really matter and stories shared even when memories start to fade.

Creative Director for a West Michigan advertising company , I strive to build teams where folks expect and believe the very best of one another. And, I cultivate a work environment where people feel inspired to take big risks and always have each others’ back.

When I enter a room, I bring systems thinking, a bent towards empathy, and plenty of curiosity. People count on me to think differently, unlock possibilities, and solve problems—especially in seasons of change. With a BA in English and an MA in Theology, I’m always eager to get past the small talk, and I’m a lover of witty, at times irreverent, humor.
